Yes. In when you first go to the timetabling page, next to where all your courses are listed you will see "remove" and "swap". Click "remove", then re-add the course and then redo the classes you want to re-timetable. That's how I do it anyway. There may or may not be an easier way.

I think the current flag has far more personal meaning as well as symbolic value for millions over generations in contrast to what any newly-incorporating flag can compensate.
