Yeah I'm definitely ready to accept the fact that I might just not be as good as I thought I was. And there was no one in my class to carry my assessment mark for me so one bad day in the exam or one misinterpreted question could easily have cost me the whole subject. But I'd still like to check...

I know I put loads of effort into modern, my average mark was 97? I really hope there was just a mistake! My teacher went into school during her maternity leave to work out how on earth it happened. I can see there being a lot of physics students equally upset and confused since it looks like...

I'm in the exact same position for one of my subjects, I'm absolutely getting a recheck. Mostly just to put my mind at ease though, I'm prepared to deal with the fact I could have just bombed the exam (not likely for you considering how crazy all your other marks were though!)

In my whole region (5 schools over three towns) not a single person got a band 6 in physics. To compare, we had three band 6s in chemistry.

You can get a clerical check from the 19th, it just makes sure your results were entered correctly. It costs $16.50 for everything but English 2U. Be ready to accept the fact that you might just have not as done as well as you thought though

One other person got 86, then another two got 82 and another got 79 that I know of so far

We screenshot our results. On our reports my average mark was 97 and his was 90. On the HSC my assessment mark was 88 and his was 87. My classes range in HSC marks was from low 50s to 88. I'm just so confused :s
