It's just a matter of practicing with questions, maybe for the first few of them you can have the verbs handy. After a while you should be able to remember most of them. You should notice some of them come up more than others and these are the ones you should be focusing on, i.e. identify, list...

This, English should be a very personal subject in that you'll need your own opinion/spin on a text to do well. For other theory based subjects just make sure to use a good set of notes you'll be fine

Just make sure to stay healthy before a test, i.e. don't go studying 10 hours in a day. Keep your balance of eating well, getting some exercise and studying within reason. And get an early night sleep so even if it takes a bit longer you would still be well rested.

Not exactly sure what you're asking us.. Do you mean in terms of your accelerated subjects, i.e. Maths and Business Studies?

Someone had a bad time in Maths at school... But for me it's probably conics, had no practical relevance. Then again it's probably the process of doing the questions that we improve our algebraic, problem solving skills..
