    Extension

The sciences are already tough without the need for extension, or otherwise there would be more morons with scaling in their minds doing it. I thank BOS for having ext music to cater for the musicians who love to perform, compose or extend their musicology.

    13 units, a bad idea?

13 units is definitely a foolish idea (I even think 12 is pushing a bit). There is no doubt that's a lot, but since your ranks are great perhaps drop either history ext or 2u maths. Because the minimum is 10 units there is no need to do extra units that will be wasted in the ATAR calculation.

I screwed up in a maths exam

I'm assuming you do 4U right? Yeah, that would suck when you get beaten by the 2U guys. I hammered most of the 3U guys in the 2U assessment (88% :p) and I only do 2U.

    BreadTop anyone?

Not a major fan (mainly coz its expensive and the buns are so tiny- like $2.50 for a sausage bun that's about the size of a 50c coin), but I crave for their taro rolls "drools"

Yes, it may be difficult to achieve 99+ with those subjects, but how many people do we know are after 99 with those subjects. I never closed my eyes to scaling. Throughout this site, I've been reading comments from other users about how scaling affecting their HSC subject choices. I still...
