    Having a job in year 11 and 12?

    i had a job in y11/12 and did fine, if your work is flexible you can take time off around trials and the hsc and you’ll be fine. imo the reality is no one is actually studying every hour of the day (if you are you’re being inefficient), there is usually enough time to fit in work and sport etc...

    keep in mind a Bachelor of Arts alone isn’t a problem, uni is mostly about what major(s) you pick (this is what decides almost all of your units). I would recommend looking through the usyd major list to get a bit of an idea of which ones you might do, and then from there your degree doesn’t...

    also they’re not really that strict, you don’t need straight As or 1sts - I got into everything I applied for with early entry (including stuff like actuarial) despite getting like 3 Bs in y11 from a really mid school
