DILEMA: Using other peoples notes for the HSC & Trials?

With your trials coming around the corner, you might as well resort to it as it'll save you a great quantity of time and allow you to focus on practising questions.

Biology hsc: The most effective way to study?

And this is especially effective. If you can get a group and discuss the dot points of the syllabus in an in-depth manner, it can be very beneficial.

Biology hsc: The most effective way to study?

Know the concepts, know your examples well, know your practicals and the usual layout of first hand investigations and know how to structure your answers, especially for long response questions.

    Masterchef Australia

zomg, that's such a shock! I thought Julie was going to go but her vision (and her words), simply amazing! EDIT: go Poh. To be honest though, now I won't mind who'll win MChef!

The 2009 Trial HSC for History Ext

There is hardly any textbook that would be useful at all in History Extension. The only 'textbook' that would contradict this above statement would be Warren's 'History and the Historians'. Know a few historians in depth, practise deconstructing your sources time and time again, learn how to...

    NRL State of Origin

Waterhouse sent off and Creagh and Thaiday sin-binned lol. Why couldn't NSW play like this for a consistent amount of time in their previous two games! More biff.

    Ashes Series 2009

lol @ Duncan Fletcher and Punter. I loved how Punter just called Fletcher 'irrelevant' in the cricketing world.

    The F1 Thread

re: The Official F1 Thread I agree with what Alan Jones said about Webber probably being unable to win this year, but I hope that will change in 2010. And Red Bull sneaking up on Brawn in the Team Championship, I think with they're behind by about 29 points or so. Should be a great season!

The Official Le Tour De France/Cycling Thread

Cavendish's 3rd victory, and he beat the God of Thunder again. This guy is freakish! Aversen, who was peaking at the right time and could have assisted Schleck, is out for Saxobank after breaking his collarbone. And I think Cadel's moved up one spot to 17th? Shall be very interesting to see how...

    New HSC Modern History Structure?

I can only see the MC questions testing you out on World War One and perhaps to a lesser extent (speculating here), historiographical issues. That's unless there's a major overhaul with how Modern History is going to be structured!
