I don't know if I'm making a mistake, but im getting angle z3 z2 (z1 +z2) = 90. Which means angle z3 (z1+z2) z2 can't be 90 and it therefore cannot be cyclic.

It shouldn't, there are generally bonus points for most courses/uni's as well.

The atar cutoffs that you see are from last year (or years before). This years cutoffs is done purely on what people want to do this year. Generally, most subjects don't change a lot, so even if you get above what was the cutoff for last year, it doesn't mean you'll make the cutoff for this year.
