It isn't recommended. Major works require lots of time and effort. Eng ext 2 major works are a solid 3000 - 4000 words, and VA requires you to work on your ART project for a few months It is kinda suicidal

I think the guy probably had a lot of pent up anger (from bullying, and other issues) and it all came out. Bullied people often do not react rationally when they are emotionally unstable. EVERYONE HAS A BREAKING POINT, it is just a matter of WHEN..... *Speaking from personal experience...

Practicing > note reading Note reading helps in basic Q's, but not in Q's that require deeper logical thinking I would say both are good, but one should not spend copious amounts of time on making and memorising notes.
