They have a page or so explaining what criteria needs to be met to achieve each grade, in the unit outlines. Its in big bold letters, can't miss it. Usually at the back, after the assignments.

The Management degree will attract more people that the original tourism degree. Although, more people did the arts and applied science degrees. Although, I now suspect that they will cut the amount of electives that you can choose. I think I had 8 free electives and 2 tourism electives...
