    Israel attacks Lebanon

Okay, maybe this is a bit of side-tracking. But isn't your name, Aryanbeauty, a bit paradoxical? In the sense that in Nazi times, it were the people that you are supporting (the non-aryans/Jews) that were persecuted? Just curious.

    Your dream car

Re: Favourite Car The prevalent vehicle around would have to be the luxury SUV. It makes a mark on me too, my favourite car would probably have to be the BMW X5, the Porsche Cayenne, and Range Rover.

    Iceland

Nordic and Scandenavian countries present themselves with exorbent amounts of tax, particularly Iceland as it is an island, and it is nescessary for most things to be imported. I think what very much attracts people to it as a country is the general mysterious nature it and it's people hold...

    Indigenous housing 'the worst'

We have given them the right of self-determination; the notion that they can decide the running of their own affairs. No Aboriginal wants to find themsleves dependent on a Non-Aboriginal government. Indigenous welfare is a universal problem. This whole concept of Reconciliation works both ways.

    Practice Oral Exam?

Yea, there are heaps of girls that do French. The questions will be based on what you say, so they might not be exact to the list of questions you were given, as that would be not much of a flowing conversation. Just don't dig yourself into a hole you can't get out of and don't be too...

2007 Federal Election - Coalition or Labor/Howard or Rudd?

Re: 2007 Federal Election - Coalition or Labor/Howard or Beazley? I'm not sure what's more of a disturbing prospect: Peter Costello leading the Coalition Party OR Kim Beazley as Prime Minister? John Howard has made for an excellent PM, and I would love to see him go through for yet...

    My Pip Got Rejected

Last minute jobs can produce remarkable results: each to their own. I know some very 'distinguishable' students at selective schools who 'commit' such a 'heinous act'. I think some of the BOSers here may have shown bias towards favouring the teacher because of the simple fact that they view...

    Prohibition of Receiving a UAI.

Thanks guys, the main purpose of the thread was just to get a general consensus of other BOSers, seemed pretty similar to the general consensus at school.

    Minimum/Maximum Penalty for Child Rapists?

A crime against the freedoms and liberty of a person is the most severe of crimes. A crime against a child is even worse. Rehabilitation is unlikely, re-integration is risky and retribution is probable. Answer = Life.

    Gang Crime in NSW

Ethnic gangs which bring cultural violence from their homeland to Australian shores really gets to me, such as that racial violence and inter-country disputes. Send 'em 'home' if they want to bring such practices here.

    Prohibition of Receiving a UAI.

There is a student at the school in which I attend who seems to take it to his own liberty to decide when to, and when not to attend school. The days are erattic, and are as a result of no known physical illness, it is undeniable that mentally there may be a situation there, as rumours have it...
