Well what I reasoned was that it was like a parallelogram, and so since the height got smaller and the base remained the same, and the area formula is base x height, then its area must be smaller? edit: ahaha beaten by two people. you guys are fast!

I thought it was that you had to get all four of each question right to get the one mark. At least, that's how they marked the trials at my school.
