You will be given it by your school. It varies for schools. A total of 50% The other 50% is from externals ie HSC.

Guys im thinking it cant be possible for me to get a band 6 even with 100% in externals. I know my school mark is just over 80%, ive done all the weightings and stuff. So how can I finish with band 6 if they are going to average this mark with the scaled maths HSC mark?

Ill be honest with you your ranks are really low. Just go hard out next 2 weeks and do your absolute best in the exams. ATM your ATAR estimate would be low 70's.
