If you don't think you could handle it then of course it's not a good choice. But remember that it would definitely be good even if you just did alright in it. Doing extension jap would also probably have the same affect of hedging the risk but at the same time opening the opportunity for reward.

Well to be honest I am just talking statistically. If you are sure you won't fail then sure. But without risk it is harder to reap the rewards. Maybe you should do extension 2 maths and then keep twelve units. That way you can hedge some of your risk in case you fail it but as you are pretty...

Considering that you are doing an extension subject it would be advisable. Extension subjects have a higher failure rate therefor it would be safer to hold onto bio.
