Your internal rank is very important as it determines what moderated internal mark you get. If you are poorly ranked in a decent cohort, it can be bad for you.

It's very competitive. A lot of people who do medical science try to transfer to med. you need to get like extraordinary marks and have so much extracurricular to probably even have a chance. It's very competitive
