    ranks???

    okay this is a bit different, and i dont get it..... what happens with hsc exam marks and ranks when say... if person A gets ranked sayy 17th out of 45 people for a subject (internally), and (externally) then all the peoples coming 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc get like all the same marks so people...
