If a roll/list is taken it was probably done at the start. Turning up an hour late (every week) when tutorials are compulsory is a good reason to fail you.

Smoking is not great. It leaves a bad taste in your mouth that lasts a day or so. While drunk I understand although I don't get why people would smokewhile sober.

Pretty sure a cop cannot perform frisk searches (let alone strip searches) on a minor without a guardian/caregiver present. It would be a waste of money.

You shouldn't be allowed a pencil case at all in he exam room. No calculator lids either. Calculator memory (if permitted) should be cleared also. No water bottle labels obviously. No phones.

I agree. Very rough figures from http://www.tobaccoinaustralia.org.au/ although in 2011 tax revenue was approximately 5 billion while the total cost of smoking smokers was 31 billion. So cigarettes packet prices would probably need to raise by a factor of 8 or so (at least). I.e. a pack should...
