    aviation (pilot)

well i'm not really sure if this is the career path i will end up taking, i have to hand in my uac application soon so i'm just exploring all options. lol i'll work i guess :P, who knows. so do the theory and get the degree from unsw and get the practical side done from somewhere else? so if...

    aviation (pilot)

shiz, you really know your stuff. so it's the 20k (hecs) + ~15-20k per year (assuming 3yr degree) out of pocket? well, that sounds okay i guess. What happens straight out of uni? you paid get peanuts to build up flying hours and then apply for qantas in 3-4 years or so?

    aviation (pilot)

uai isn't too bad but yikes, those fees are high. Is the 55k a year paid for the degree at unsw or what? and after getting that degree i'm guessing you won't be well paid as a freshie out of uni right? i mean it's going to take a couple more years to get the right certs, build flying hours etc...

    help on UWS

#1 - i stated clearly in my comment that there is stigma around UWS. #2- I'm not arguing that the uni is great or crap, i'm arguing against your belief that your opinion of the uni is on par of those from ex-students. #3- comments like: do nothing constructive but discourage people from...

    help on UWS

uni =/= that example. i can read how to make a cake. i'll learn what tempretures to cook it at, the exact amounts of ingredients etc to make it perfectly. does this mean i can make the cake perfectly now? no. This example is about as relevant as your space one but i'm trying to show you that...

    help on UWS

no. replace with as That doesn't mean the person on earth knows what it is like to actually be in space. If i was going into space I'd ask the astronaut what it was like up there. edit: don't get me wrong, i know what you're saying but imo the opinion of a ex-student>opinion of 08'rs when...

    help on UWS

that sentence makes no sense. I'm assuming that you are trying to communicate that you are in the same position as an ex-student when judging an uni? you are an a-grade idiot.

    messed up trials?!

depends on the weighting of your trials but since you're in a top 10 school then i would assume that 85 is still well within your grasp.

Re: Condoms For All With all the religion bashing in this thread you guys seemed to have missed that^. I agree with you, i dont see why do they feel the need to attack what is supposed to be a positive event for everyone. They seem to want to do it just for a bit of attention. If they really...
