    Question: Tutes first week?

    Law does tend to run tutes in their first week. Arts doesn't most of the time. That said you are better rocking up because sometimes they mark people absent if they dont turn up in the first week and thus they have already used an absense.

    Uni career sites are good, places like seek occasionally have suitable jobs but they are usually good for full-time students. I've been emailing local firms and some respond, some don't but its worth a shot

    Yep even though you have met the pre-reqs it often happens that the system wont recognise it (it has happened to me before) just get a waiver and they will fix it or try contacting e-student support

    What your interests are? What your fav subjects are? How much are you expecting to be paid? What kind of work are you interested in doing? What are you thinking of doing when you finish uni? What do you hope to get out of this job?

    Re: Question... If not it might be on webct. Generally with law subjects though there are almost always tutorials in the first week!

    Getting to back-to-back lectures

    Yeah dont worry, I had back to back tutes one on one side of victoria rd and the other on the other side, ie. on north and south campus! The tutors dont usually mind because they have to come from other classes too and lectures/tutes usually finish 5 mins early and start 5 mins late

    I have a westpac account *student so I pay no fees except when u use other ATMS* and a debit mastercard linked to it, I pay no fees for the mastercard unless the place u buy things from charges you extra to use it but thats the same as all of them
