Re: BAcc 2008... I am for sure. UNSW has more monetary value, and I suppose is more 'prestigous' but they're both excellent programs. Apply for everything and go from there

Is ext hist hard? God no. seriously. It's probably my easiest subject actually. BUt....you have to enjoy reading lots, writing lots and listening to boring-as lectures on Herodotus, Polybius, Thucidides, Von Ranke, etc etc Go for it, you got nothing to lose

Well the HSC has changed our group HEAPS like...we all study alot more than we used to yet the friendships between people have changed

Seriously...do NOT pick subjects based on scaling. I fell into the lets pick chemistry coz it scales well trap and although I did not perform poorly in it, I still found my interest in it to be non-existant so I dropped it. Yeah...definitely analyse what you enjoy and what you can see yourself...

What does the HSC mean to you? An opportunity to prove I can make it How much do you want to succeed? HEAPS XD What does it mean to you if you fail? I didn't work hard enough or choose the right subjects What are the repercussions of failing/going bad?going to tafe to do the HSC over again...

Re: BAcc 2008... i tried at 4 today and i got first call =] So just to clarify, it's like 200 people that got selected? out of how many? I know like 8 other people at my school applied and they were HEAPS smart like one of the girl has a 100% average on her accounting course but she didn't...
