    How much effort required?

Thats starndard for most uni's and most course I have encountered (Law, Arts, Social Science and from friends in business).

    How much effort required?

It really depends on the course, the subject, your natural ability and interest in the subject. Its hard to compare the HSC to university and most people find that after the first semester they settle into the course and find it less demanding. Uni is demanding, I wont lie to you. It...

    marriage

Its cool to talk about it but I'd wait a few years...my b/f talks about it but we wouldn't do so until after uni (and I have 3 and a half years left of that). You guys are going to be going through heaps of changes when you finish school and go to work/uni/tafe/travel etc... just wait and see...

    Double Degrees

I think the only double degree UWS offers is law but you could ask, because you are doing one year less and thus not doing the same amount of units someone would do if they did both separately some degrees cant be done.

    how do you make friends?

Confidence (not arrogance) is key to making friends. Walk up to people, introduce yourself make a joke. Also are you acting in a way which is leading to being ignored? Being to shy, acting rude??? Good luck :)

    How did you even start?

It was rather random as we met on the first day of uni, he made a typo on his UAC app and figured he wouldnt get into law anyway so he left it there and he did. Heap of flirting and he asked me out (online because I always had another class staright after on the other side of the campus so he...

    Plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Most students won't give you such complete notes as they would see it as you not wanting to do your own work. Please ask nicely and wait patiently and see if someone can point you in the wrong direction but it would be helpful if you were more specific. Otherwise search the legal resource page...

    B Science/B Laws

People lie all the time but if they must they should really get their story straight. someone I know heard I was doing Criminology and Law and said thats what she wanted to do, but was going to do it at NSW with a UAI of < 90 (I knew then she was going to be one of those people doing a single...

    B Science/B Laws

Yeah, any one can do Intro to Law, some arts students etc...do it as we especially if they are looking to transfer. You wont be able to do science/law as they don't offer it anymore. If you don't like the business part you could also transfer to arts/soc sci law within UWS or another combined...

girls wanting it more then guys

I agree, wanting to be dominant/dominated is very different to wanting to rape/be raped. For one it is consentual i.e. there is consent at some point for the dominance and it is not forced, its much more acting...

    refferencing

Any uni student can make a typo, poor spelling is also not always a sign of a lack of intelligence. I often spell words wrong, does that make me stupid? Oh and poor grammar is just as bad.

SMH: 'Police to hunt for missing [MQ] uni funds'

I found out about how evil Victor was from my b/f, he was part time at macq in 05 and when he saw my voting stuff told me all about him. I would have had no idea as would have many innocent first years. If I knew someone so evil was running, I would have run :)

    Law Transfer??? help

^ This year UWS went back up to 90. Its not the end of the world if you don't get the UAI you need. I have many friends who are now in law programs such as UWS who got UAI's in the 60's and 70's. I transfered into Macquarie law from UWS, I started off with a UAI of 94 got a credit average...
