scaredytiger, do you have a link for the school ranks? Thanks a bunch =]

    UAC is a fraud!

+1. I'm from a regional school too, on the NSW/Qld border. We still did pretty good, from what I've heard. Location doesn't mean jack shit.

    UAC is a fraud!

Matt, stop posting. People won't feel sorry for you because you got crap marks and a crap UAI. Like previous posters have said, stop whinging about having a disability - it's not doing you any favours. Deal with what you've been dealt.

    should i drop extention maths?

See if you can get some help from your teacher outside of class if you feel it's necessary. They should be more than happy to help. =]

    should i drop extention maths?

How many units do you have at the moment? If it's more than 10, then try to study for Extension Maths and see how you go in your next assessment. If you don't believe you've done well enough, then drop it.

Why do you eat FAST FOOD?

Because I'm lazy, can't cook and I work at a huge shopping centre with heaps of options.

    Suicide?

I didn't drink and didn't do drugs at Schoolies, I lived off V for a couple of days though... But it was the best experience of my life. I wasn't going to go originally, but dd in the end. I'm glad I did. =]

Is this the most relieved you've ever felt in your entire life?

Yes! After getting my results yesterday I was so stressed that my UAI wouldn;t be high enough for my course. I was an emotional wreck all day. Then this morning, I find out my UAI is 81.40 and I'm absolutely stoked, I can do exactly what I want at uni because the cutoff was 75. =] SO RELIEVED.

    Uai 80-89

I am a bit. But I need a break and want to move to Brisbane, hence why I'm taking a year off to work and save. Not to brag, but I have a natural ability in Maths and will hopefully pick it back up when I return to study. =]

    Family's reaction to your UAI?

Lol. Oh, my dad who's barely involved in my life texted me asking how I went. I told him 81.40 and he's like, "is that good?" Um, yeah. Parents are pretty oblivious to everything HSC-related.

    Suicide?

Pffft I went to Goldy Schoolies. The media stretch the truth like crazy...they had journalists and cameras there so if any minor shit happened, they'd swoop like hungry seagulls. I only saw some guys get arrested for drug possession. But no, it's not suicide. And I live on the Gold Coast, too.

    Family's reaction to your UAI?

My mum was at work, so I called her the minute I found out and she burst into tears. I was so stressed yesterday that I wouldn't get the UAI I needed and she was so proud I got above the criteria. =] We're celebrating tonight, movies perhaps. I dunno. =] I love my mummy.

Sydney's transport ranked behind Mumbai (ranked at the bottom)

Not an important city, but the Gold Coast would be towards the bottom as well. I hate Translink.
