    Title: The Silkworm Author: Robert Galbraith Genre: Crime Medium (fiction, non-fiction, novel, novella, poetry, biography etc): Fiction Why You Should Read It: Loads of plot twists and the characters are memorable and likeable - even those seeming antagonists. Clever novel, really.

    would you stop buying hard copies of books and download them off the net?

    ^This. Also, I have a weird thing for paper, and there's definitely something satisfying about cracking open a book one day and then turning over the last page days later. It's an experience you can only achieve through reading a proper book.

    General Thoughts: English Extension 1

    Crime Writing here. I found the essay question pretty straight-forward and easy, and was actually satisfied with the end result. The creative on the other hand was rubbish. I don't even know why I was expecting something related to the rubric when past HSC papers have provided equally strange...
