I highly doubt this would be in a test but here it goes. They hypothesised that one gene controls the production of one enzyme, and they did their work on bread mould. They used X-rays on a kind of mould that was unable to make the required amino acid because it did not have the enzyme needed...

Just as I finished mine too, I got my answer correct as well although I did it on paper.

on the subject of writing, I am also left handed. -- So my plan for the last 2 hours was to revise Physics and all I did was looked up past bio papers to see relevant questions that were on my test today, most of the questions came from past papers.

Has anyone heard about the new 4 hour HSC exams from 2017?

Physics on Monday, I haven't started my revision as of yet. I also need to rote my speech which is also on Monday, exciting times..

That sucks and sounds a bit ridiculous that the test had stuff you didn't cover :/ lol yea I was almost ranked 1 anyways probably 3 or 4 I so yea I am excited, hopefully ranked 2 after the midcourse :)

Bio test was so easy or maybe I knew a little too much :p the only thing I know I got wrong is 1 of the MC. Hopefully 49/50 :)

Yea I think its possible if you can get rank 1 or close to rank 1 for all your subjects and then smash your externals. Someone who knows a more than me can probably help.

Personally I find bio the easiest among 3 sciences.
