TBH I don't think there is anything wrong with that. When you mark yourself its different to what a HSC marker would do. I consistently got 90+ for last 10 years of HSC and I was rank 1 and my HSC mark was 94. Don't actually know whether that's different or anything but just keep in mind that...

No sorry, I'm pretty sure ATAR calculators take into account the scaling of your subject. You still might get 65, but just prepare to get lower I guess
