Well, UNSW has an open day this Saturday the 6th and MQ has one next Saturday the 13th why don't you go and have a look, listen to some mini lectures and stuff to get a feel of it? My first choice is MQ and I think it's a good uni plus it has the exact course I want to do and just happens that...

Hey, I think it depends on which uni do you want to go to more? If you want to go to MQ to do the course you want, then put that as your preference but if you want to go to UNSW then obviously prioritise it in your preference. If you want to go to USYD but apply and get accepted into MQ I think...

I like a guy who starts a conversation especially on interesting topics. I hate guys who just blab on about cars and motors and whatever else crap is in it.

I think some topics are very challenging but it's true practice makes it perfect :) So if I don't get something I go over my notes then do as many exercises as possible. It really works.

I don't think it would necessarily be harder, you won't get the scaling your school's rank provides but then you will have special provision allowances because you've been sick. In the end it all comes to how well you do in the HSC.:uhhuh:

I was late for the lecture at USYD so I went to UTS, I thought it was ok but my first choice is Macquarie anyway. Shame I didn't get a look at USYD though

Try having a teacher like that BUT for a whole year AND for advanced english. Best of all she told us that she doesn't care how we go because *drum roll* She's contracted for a year and she will get paid either way :burn:

I would recommend taking your laptop into subjects like legal studies or history- subjects with a lot of content. It is better to have a folder and paper for maths, languages etc. However when you do practice essays always do it on paper.

I think my dad changed the settings on the router but then entered new passcodes and all that into my system but it won't budge :mad1: it's very annoying to have to plug in a cord to use the internet when I have wireless:(

Hi guys, I got a brand new Compaq Presario V6000, the wireless internet worked for about 2 weeks and then stoped :mad: now I can't get it going again. Is it Vista's firewall that's blocking it or what else could cause it? Thanks for your help in advance :o
