    Campbelltown Campus Forums

Yeah, I know - but there's nothing worse than not trying; all that's achieved through that is, well, nothing. I think it's a matter of putting in the effort, encouraging those who are eager to make a difference, and persevere - and with this, I believe it can be done because Campbelltown is a...

    UWS Chess Club!

Hey guys :) UWS doesn't have a chess club yet, so I thought it's high time that we should form one. We may be divided across so many campuses, but I'm sure we can organise an enthusiastic, strong and welcoming club that we can all be proud of. Currently, we're organising expressions of interest...

Is it possible to do two degrees simultneously?

Hey, I know what you mean. I wanted to see whether I could do a BA via a distance ed, whilst completing my normal full-time degree. Asked the question on Yahoo! answers - and this guy with 7 degrees (whoa..) replied that, no, you can only have 1 CSP spot in 1 degree at a time. However, you can...

    med or dead....?

always try as hard as possible in the hsc, its the easiest and quickest way to get into whatever you want. the pathway into med via medsci is extraordinarily difficult academic-wise, because med sci is essentially medicine without the clinical side, and you've got a ton of super-keen ppl aiming...

To people wanting to do this next year!!!

You have more of a chance of liking SDD if you: a) like logic puzzles b) don't mind thinking something out for a good half-hour or so (i.e. what dragonus said) c) are eloquent in the humanities (there's a surprising amount of wordy questions in SDD) d) are into programming (no-brainer) e) are...

Is the HSC really that important?

In summary, if you like getting into uni quickly and relatively easy, HSC is important. It's more important if you feel you're going to struggle to meet what you want, because back paths are never really easy and take more time. It's more important if your aim is getting into uni. It's less...

    algorithms

wow this is like a really minute detail... Set x to user input works fine; algorithms are meant to show logic, and it's clear that you want the user to specify the value of x (replace x with w.e. name, but as said, do avoid spaces in variable names) If you want to be careful, perhaps Set x to...

    HTML query!

I learnt my HTML via this site, which is pretty great. This is the forms section: HTML Forms and Input But I don't get what you mean. I'm guessing the input goes to that cgi file, which does something to that data. Perhaps you need to learn a web scripting language as well for the cgi file...
