Who's picking fights with their parents?

Hmm well my parents are constantly fighting and my mum is ALWAYS yelling, even at like 3 in the morning. So I just go to the library and study there till 9pm....... As for stealing your clothes......well I can't really relate to that lol

Who's picking fights with their parents?

Your parents have probably been waiting all their lives so you can do the HSC, get into uni and make them proud......especially for those who are an only child. If you get stressed out go for a walk, take deep breaths, do yoga or whatever but try not to take it out on your parents. Alot of...

    Access to justice

Legal aid provides access to justice for those who are financially lacking. In Dietrich v Queen, the assumed right to legal representation was shown.

Who's picking fights with their parents?

Why would you pick fights with your parents? They're probably the only people apart from yourself who truly care about how you do in the HSC. Counterfeit - not everybody's parents see them as a wild, rebellious, out of control teenager. If you prove to them that you are a responsible and...

BURN journeys BURN - MUST SEE!!

Exactly what I was thinking. Not to mention that if u shred them then you can recycle them. Though I couldn't destroy my notes even if I wanted to coz I promised ppl I'd give it to them. Meh......as long as it's out of my house and I don't have to look at them again, I'll be happy.

    Access to justice

You could have talked about it but you had to mention 3 ways - that means specific examples. Things like legal aid, the ombudsman and other consumer complaint schemes etc are ways of access to justice.

Board of Studies Multi Choice practices on the website

Densuki is right. There's also another box that has an option of how many years to be taken into account in the mc q's they give you (ie. since 2002, since 2004 etc etc). Also try the Macquarie revision guide for q's. Good luck!

    Aligning

It's very very possible considering 19marks of the exam were extremely difficult to attain and not many people knew how to answer them ie.7 and 12mark crime q's.

What advice can year 12 pass on to year 11?

Be consistent. Don't lose your sleep PARTICULARLY when you have an exam the next day. People will tell you different ways to study and what is more effective and whatnot. In the end, everyone is different and has a different way of learning eg: colour, mind maps etc. Ofcourse, that's not to...

    Help with question please

Domestic mechanisms such as statute law are enforcable as opposed to international mechanisms. An example might be the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW). You could compare it to say, International Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Racial Discrimination (CERD). Talk about...

    Important key words

Processes can, in the legal context, sometimes be interrelated with mechanisms which is why you might be getting it confused. Usually though, processes are a series of actions or mechanisms that bring some kind of result. It's a step by step kind of thing rather than just one mechanism or action...

    Assessment marks - next week - q's

Hmmm wierd. I was under the impression they were to be submitted in by this week. Well that's what my teachers said anyway.

    Assessment marks - next week - q's

Good question. Does anyone know exactly what day they must be submitted by?

    2005 Legal Studies Trial Results

Yeah thanks mate. Congrats on ur mark too! Who's Murf? Actually the crime q's in this one were really good. They were so easy, the first 12marks were given away wayyyy too easily. I doubt the q's are gonna be that easy in the hsc. I stuffed up in that section though coz of the 6mark question on...
