theoretically, if the top 400 people were all sitting on exactly the same scaled aggregate, they'd have to give them all 100. But that would never happen.
With regard to the distribution of UAIs:
2% of HSC candidates received a UAI of 99+
8% of HSC candidates received a UAI of 95+
16% of HSC candidates received a UAI of 90+
31% of HSC candidates received a UAI of 80+
45% of HSC candidates received a UAI of 70+
58% of HSC candidates received a UAI of 60+
69% of HSC candidates received a UAI of 50+
