they tell you that its the astronaut looking back at earth, he will see the earth spinning slower, thus time going slower on earth relative to him ...

apparently they assumed the velocity of the spaceship is constant, and when viewing from the spaceship, Earth is the one that is moving away at 0.8c, thus the the time on Earth when viewing from the spaceship will be shorter

The question was completly wrong. This is why they pulled it. The answer they gave is wrong and none of the answers is correct.

i thought yeah the earth was moving away from him at .8c so its just a reversal of roles, he sees time going slow on earth ??
