If you want proper typed full worked ones, buy a success one book... which is pointless at this stage so just use what you've got.

It first exceeded 4000 million on October 18th. Meaning it exceeded in the month October.

That's how I interpret it.

no it doesn't though, 10.66 means november the 18th,

november is the 11th month not the 10th.

But the answer is still november I've been through this on another thread just 15mins ago. Find it

I only scanned the 2006 answers because I was too lazy to do the 2007 as its 11 pages.

Due to file size limit on jpeg, I put them on a word document.
