yea farah isn't that well known for his work rate, well not that i've heard of anyway, if anyone wants to object please do. kidley is arguably the best utility in the comp. it used to be craig wing, but his form has dropped a bit since then.

another thing, inglis has been playing 5/8 at melb, now comes the crunch time and qld wants him on the wing, that can work against qld. i really do believe inglis should be in the centres, where he has room to work with and doesn't need to make 25 tackles (as he did against the dogs) a game.

25!? i never knew. Inglis will get a lot of ball even on the wings, he simply is very hard to stop.
Anasta Mullen combo should work, or it could also destroy any chances. Queensland team may not have form, but they have a more close-knit unit in my oppinion and can work well together to bring the NSW down.
That said, I'm hoping Lyon will fire for the blues, I consider Bowen (bad luck mate), Inglis & Lyon to be genuine freaks of the game at the moment.

Karmichael Hunt is not that good... and too many people are seriously overrating his combination with Lockyer. Bowen should be fullback.

While I agree with your conclusion, I derive from it that you are gay and thus derive at the conclusion you shall lose in modern history.
hmm, i agree you are an asshole. agree with who you say? why you can guess. i can derive from your mediorce knowledge on rugby league that i will definately kill you in modern, even though it is irrelevant.

Qld arent meant to be the underdog. they have the australian 1,6,7,9 combination, and have a side which should win three nil this year. but then they come out with oh lockyer is carrying injury, oh we had to get johnson off at the judiciary. and when asked about underdog status, they say oh we think that origin is always 50-50 bullshit! and they pick debutants when they dont even have too, and use them as another excuse to be the underog. its like every year QLD must not seem able to win, well this year they shofuld be hot favourites but they wont be.

nsw have no johns, massive blow. we are relying on a halfback with litte experience, i hope it doesnt backfire on us. we picked cooper, why?

Mullen will be crucified imo - anyone hear about his mum pleading to NSW fans not to be too hard on him if blues lose

hahaha yeah i read that in the paper yesterday...but i guess well see how he flairs up on origin 1....if he plays exceptionally well, there will be no doubt thatll he'll be the halfback for the remaining 2 origins.
if nsw wins the first game, then i wont be surprised if they take out the origin this year.

QLD to win 10 points..

Inglis to score.. Lockyer will not score, Tate will score- someone else will do hard work for him but he will be there in support.

FOR NSW:

hardy to say who will score (if they score). I expect it to be a low scoring game.. and NSW to struggle to find points.

Mullen better win for NSW otherwise he is a tard and so are the selectors for overlooking somone with more exp - Kimmorley. Or even Orford.

Farah can play forward as well. lock etc. who cares about the back line.. thats our weakness. Its the forwards that have to do the job.

I think you are slightly over-estimating Farah.

I skipped straight to page 53...but are their any other Queensland supporters heartbroken at the fact Karmichael Hunt, Tonie Carroll and even Civinocieva are picked? How can a team that is 2/9 have so much representation (even though I'm happy to see Bronco's 2/9)

P.S Storm to win the premiership

times 2...i still am in depression over english sigh.

hey i like farah alot he is very good but halfback and hooker are the only two positions he is tried in, and the only ones we know he can play well in. gidley or wing fit the bill to be classed as utility, farah will get his chance when buderus falls away, which he will in years to come.

Farah can play five-eigth or play in the centre if he wanted to as well. Can Buderus do that?
Nope but he's the specialist dummy half and has been picked in that position. Gidley, however can ;)

ahhh no, mullen is not a tard and he's the best long term prospect for nsw. kimmorley or orford may have played, but where are they going to be in 5 years' time? retirement village? mullen is going to be killing it.

buderus can make 40+ tackles a game, can farah do that? what do is it for farah to play centre when we have gidley on the bench already?

How many tries can Buderus get? Isnt Farah leading points this season? I was just joking but.. but I reckon Buderus isnt as good as Farah.

Farah is a lot more creative.. plays more attractive football. Buderus is dead boring.

Don't know why you're so hung up on the NSW squad - they don't stand a chance no matter who you pick!!

Although Hunt will leave a big gaping gap in the QLD backline so there's options there. Run at him.
