How have people's applications been going? Who have you applied for? Progressed yet?

Me:
- All the major banks
- JP Morgan
- Big 4 + a few other accounting firms

So far I have progressed through most of the banks to the online tests, which are really hard lol....

Well there are 2 types of tests:
Numerical & *something else!!*(the name escapes me!)

The numerical one is very challenging, and I doubt we are expected to finish it without guessing a few, and basically consists of graphs/tables and questions associated with interpreting the figures.

The other one is a more logical/general type of test where they provide statements (a paragraph or 2) and ask you whether certain statements are true/false/cannot say based on the information provided. I found this to be the easier of the two.

Got an offer from Procter & Gamble for Brand Management. Accepted it. Win.

I get to work in Singapore, too and return to Aus a few times a year.

huh jealous. I'd like to work in SGP too.

If i dont get an offer here with Macq bank ('09), then SGP is my only option but i dont want to apply through the program..I assume there will be recruitment agencies?

are you singaporean? you could apply through recruitment agencies, but know that the starting salary for Singaporean locals is ridiculously crap. I think the big-4 starting salary is like S$2,000/month.

How's everyone going with the graduate programs? Most are over by now. I just got off the phone with St George. I was succesful in my final interview yesterday and they are doing reference checks now. Good luck to those still looking!
