Hello people,

I have a practical examination coming up very soon which has a very high weighting (30%) and I cannot afford to stuff it up. I know that it will be assessing the outcomes listed below and may/may not be a practical which has been covered in class. I've gone through all my practicals but still have some nerves. If anyone on this forum could share some tips on how they prepared for it or which practicals combine these three outcomes and have a chance if being asked. Any help in this matter would be vastly appreciated.

Thanks

H7. describes the chemical basis of energy transformations in chemical reactions

H8. assesses the range of factors which influence the type and rate of chemical reactions

H9. describes and predicts reactions involving carbon compounds

I forgot the name but it sounds to me the calorimeter prac, so depends it can be a salt or something dissolved in water and measure change or it can be spirit burner, most likely spirit burner tho and you just calculate the energy change in respects to temperature change
