Hi all So basically i was looking at the requirements for wsu early entry and i saw there was a column for "YEAR 12 SUBJECT BAND" in there it says IPT band 4 and up so does that mean if in the hsc I get a band 4 for ipt or above no matter my atar I will get a offer?

he's 14 weeks and he's only 3.5 kg so he's tinyyyyyy but he can do the loudest bark
