maybe a white elephant gift thing? like where everyone brings a wrapped gift and essentially everyone gets something random
thats the only like formal/less-casual christmas gift idea i know

other than that business parties are basically just food drinks and talking right? i dont think anything interesting happens just make the invite christmas themed
