r v loveridge - works for appeals, sentencing (mandatory sentence reforms), VIS
r v skaf - works for parole, appeals, juries
the keli lane stuff for parole reforms, works for sentencing too
off the top of my head those are the ones that i use multiple times. a lot of stuff you can use for sentencing, find a quote from the sentencing judge and stuff in terminology about aggravating/mitigating/purposes of punishment

tysm ur a life saver, i still dont know how im gonna do crime, is it possible to learn it all in one day lmao

id just look at the syllabus, work out the dot points you have case studies/know well and learn a few of them for investigation/trial/sentencing, youll want to have stuff for young offenders in case but hopefully its a general question lol
