crime is hard cos its the biggest content area but there is ways around it. paragraphs i'd say 3 small or 2 big ones, so like 1 exam booklet is good. doing a matrix is great, i can send u one, just goes over the different Themes and Challenges and what u can write for each, eg its usually good to have bail, police powers and like a sentencing one cos they go with a lot. i would hate them if they gave us a very niche question like on role of juries or international crime, but thats so mean they shouldnt. so most questions are from the T and C and having judgement language is very important toodoes anybody have tips for the crime section of legal studies or can lead me to a forum with advice? how many paragraphs would you recommend memorising etc and maybe predictions for this year hsc? the section really confuses me and for my trials we knew the question for the crime section (because we had just started the topic) so I had paragraphs prepared but im starting to get really nervous that i will be underprepared and my memorised paragraphs wont be appropriate for the crime section in the real thing since i havent done it properly before... someone please help...

i’ve heard that hsc markers want to give you marks, and it’s generally easier than trialsis the hsc marked harsh? just in general not for any specific subject
my teachers have done hsc marking before and for english specifically they go a bit easier at least that's what they said they dois the hsc marked harsh? just in general not for any specific subject
bros just like me frguys i received no offer am i cook dont be rude tho
Yeah i got 70% hbuyepp. It was pretty hard. Have you got your results back yet?
have an "essay" or lcmdi prepared for investigation, trial process, sentencing, young offenders and eeeek international. Pick a few syllabus dot points under each and gather lcmdi for them, then start practicing under time to past questions. If youre lost about what to write about ask your teacher for past samples or look online for essays and lcmdi. My teacher has always suggested 3-4 paragraphs and you often can combine some syllabus points into 1 para. Only have like 30 mins, so dont make the essay too long. Do past questions that make you feel uncomfortable, pick hard ones so youre ready!! youve already memorised one for trials so dont practice that, do another topic.does anybody have tips for the crime section of legal studies or can lead me to a forum with advice? how many paragraphs would you recommend memorising etc and maybe predictions for this year hsc? the section really confuses me and for my trials we knew the question for the crime section (because we had just started the topic) so I had paragraphs prepared but im starting to get really nervous that i will be underprepared and my memorised paragraphs wont be appropriate for the crime section in the real thing since i havent done it properly before... someone please help...
