GOOD FIRST DAY BACK!! Very busy but had fun. Last first day complete!!
For Business Studies and Biology, what is your method of studying if you don't mind me asking? I find that I understand the content well in class, especially for Business, but come exams time I get so bad. My marks for both are usually at a minimum, a 73% and I do better in Business than Bio majority of the time.Personally, I'm able to cover all of Marketing in a short period of time since Business Studies just comes easily to me, hahaha. With science subjects, it does take much longer... especially since you need to understand THEN apply THEN evaluate everything else. Although, I only find that issue with Chemistry and not Biology.
Overall, most of my subjects have been chosen out of interest so they all pretty much, somewhat, play to my strengths and I'm able to understand things quickly. I also just really like learning and having structure so that could play a role, haha.
If you can do it, definitely start Finance! However, keep in mind, don't go too far ahead where you end up forgetting the content and wasting your time. Make sure to continuously revise it and consolidate!!
Ooo, I'm going to need some time to write up a response. Are you able to DM me so it's easier to refer to?For Business Studies and Biology, what is your method of studying if you don't mind me asking? My method of studying incorporates making notes and memorising, but I'll be starting with doing past paper questions soon so I'm not sure what else I can add to my studying. I always see studying techniques being thrown around like Feymann, Pomodoro, etc. but how do ik which one is actually effective? Idk which one to study by because just memorising notes got me through the whole of junior HS as the top 3 or top 4 student in the cohort but it all tumbled down in y11 😭️😭️
Thank you smm
Yeah sureOoo, I'm going to need some time to write up a response. Are you able to DM me so it's easier to refer to?
literallyIs it just me or are schools flying by the content and not caring if anyone's actually understanding
