In a nutshell, you do a major work. There isn't any "question" you have to answer. It's a major work...
Apologies for not going more in-depth but a decent introduction to EE2 is normally a 40+ minute speech, and I'm really not up to it at this time of night - sorry!
EE2 is essentially an extended composition undertaken in your own time in an area of your own interests that is either analytical or creative in nature. It does not require a certain mark in EE1 just general competence in the subject of english and sufficient spare time
