so save the page as a html page to a usb with the title 'HSC English'

Plug in it at school, open it up and scroll through the MASSIVE list until you get one that works.

in 2008 instead of using blacklists to sites, DET have decided to use whitelist only allowing a small poportions of sites available to students. all other site not on the whitelist are blocked.

Well, you should see if its possible to share payed VPN or proxy account you get by some providers. This way you can buy it with few of your friends for like a 1$ monthly.
