Explain community services that may support this type of family on performing their parenting function.

These may include services from the following areas:

health services, welfare agencies, parenting groups, government agencies, childcare services, carers' support groups

uuuh do u have the heinemann text book? cuz its all in there on pgs 254-257.

its really hard though to not simply paraphrase or copy (not that i do that but u know what i mean) the text u have to put it ALL into own words and thinking...

we had to do a number of worksheets on these..
basically you need to find these things out (i think its in the syllabus)
* Name of the service.
* Type of support provided.
* How to gain access to the service.
* Cost involved.
* Source of funding for the service.
all of this information can be obtained from the websites of whatever organisation you choose.. some links are available through this site down the bottom to a number of community services.

but yeh just type whatever the organisation is into google and you will find heaps of information on it
