I can not thank God enough I wasn't in that year, 10 mark creative is to much to ask for I think it should be a 1-19 spilt

2019 choices
2020 creative prescribed
2021 choices

my teacher (who marked the 2020 hsc) said that there was a communication error on nesa's part... 'creative' meant to connote imaginative or discursive, but didn't translate for obvious reasons. so technically they haven't specified a text type before, only prohibited one

my teacher said the same, she was also very confident they won't specify this year but

It clearly stipulates "compose a piece of imaginative writing" not creative
