hi,

I had my first finance lecture today and was advised to get a scientific calculator instead of a financial calculator.

That´s why I think I need some advise from people who are doing finance as a major or some maths subjects from science faculty. Which one do you guys recommend?

Don't you have a scientific calculator from high school?
I don't do a finance major, but friends I know who do it, have all bought themselves a financial calculator, and have thought it was well worth the money, and definately helps in studies.
