help!!

It is found that over several days of contant wheather, the cycle of daily temperatures. T℃, can be modelled by simple harmonic motion using the function T (t) = T。+ acos( nt + θ ) where t hours is the time elapsed each day after midnight, that is, 0 less or equal to t less or equal to 24 ( that symbol thing.. <,= together...don't know how to type it...) Also T。, θ, n, a are constants with θ>0 ,
n > 0 and - ~ ( -180º , -ve pie....dun know how to type ) < θ < + ~ ( +ve pie..)

On one particular day in this constant weather cycle, it was found that the lowest temperature of 13℃ occurred at 4a.m and the highest temperature of 23℃ occurred at 4p.m

a ) find the constant T。 and θ ( 2 marks )

b) Given that n > 0 and - ~ ( -ve pie ) < θ < + ~ ( +ve pie ), determine the values of n and θ ( 2 marks )

c) At what time(s) of the day is the temperature 21℃? give your answer(s) to the nearest minute? ( 3 marks )
