theres no such thing as "harder subjects" someone might be the best at say 4unit english but struggle in general maths.

Oh, so 3-unit maths isn't harder than general. If someone found general maths hard, wouldn't logic say that 3-unit would be really hard for them! as rivet said, is more to what I was getting at, however the board of studies seems to think there IS such thing as a hard subjects, this is why scaling exists my friend.
