Here's a review of their EP taken from 'Oz Music Project'!
--------------------------------
Andromeda
Something White And Sigmund
Shock

"Moving forward from their EP we reviewed last year, Melbourne's Andromeda reappear with their aptly titled "Something White and Sigmund". The title track seemingly starting off with an innocent enough mask, before exposing some inner demons with a PJ Harvey styled catharsis. Vocalist Sianna Lee pulls this off with a comfortable degree of vocal dexterity and the correctly pitched level of angst. "Mercury 2 Degrees" pairs back the musical intensity for a greater level of introspection before "Third Dimension Color Scene" reflects the pace of the title track, albeit at three-quarters the intensity. The final track "Startseeds" has a heavy Superjesus meets Oasis styled intro that moves nicely into a sound that compares nicely to American artist Poe.

Fans of PJ Harvery and Cat Power will warm to Andromeda. For those who like some grit to their female-led rock, Andromeda will be their cup of tea. Despite their at times obvious influences, they are a band that command a presence and will no doubt be a force to be reckoned with given the time to mature their experiences and sound."
