I agree with leehuan, different schedules work for different people. The only important part is a strict study schedule and that you stick with it. For me its
3:25 - 6:00 Free time
6:00 - 7:00 Dinner
7:00 - 9:30 With a 15 minute break at 8:00, Studying material and completing work from the day, then if i finish that i start on reviewing my notes with the Cornell notes system.

Then on Weekends in the morning and evening I go through my notes and review all the notes from the Term, drilling them into my mind, and also reading around the subjects.

A Joke from my Chem teacher
Do it once: Atar - 50
Do it twice: Atar - 75
Do it three times: Atar - 99.95

The most important thing is consistency and sticking with it. In my schedule there is plenty of free time that i can expand into if i need to for more study.
lucky go don't go to an assessment based school then, you have so much free time.

For me its:

4-4:45 Free time (including getting home, changing, unpacking bag, eating a snack)
4:45- 7: Get all my homework, class tasks etc. done
7:00-7:15 Eat dinner
7:15-7:30 Shower
7:30-8:30 Piano practise
8:30- 9:00 "Family" time + prayers (is a nice break from schoolwork)
9:00-11:15 Study for upcoming assessments, (or if a submission, actually do the assessment)
11:15- 11:35(ish) Quickly type up notes from that day
11:35-11:45 The bathroom situation
11:45 Bed

been doing this (except notes) since year 10, cause my school made year 10 ultra hard

My schedule is probably a bit more full on than a lot of the others here.
I arrive home from school at 3:30
3:30-4:30 is eating, cleaning, doing my chores and organizing myself
4:30 till dinner is homework and study note (everything is written down)
After dinner till 9pm or 10pm (depends on my mood) is assessment task and post HSC exams
I do this everyday.

I've noticed a reoccurring afternoon 'trend' is procrastination, I try not to procrastinate. I don't watch TV, movies anything like that, and my closet thing to social media it this site.
As my old principle used to say "put in one year for seventy"

The Following is an ideal, on what I would like to achieve by next term, however two nights a week max I will have to abandon study, and only do the homework as I got meself a job

How do half of the people on this forum survive? I need to get at least 10 hours of sleep to accomplish anything the next day.
3:15-4:00: shake + chill + sort shit out
4-6:30: Study at school
7-8:30 Gym
9-10 work (generally screw around a little bit here but will just go through notes that kind of thing)

Realising now how important consistency is and that it's not feasible to cram a fortnight before an assessment.

I do an hour of cardio after school as it helps to clear my mind.

From 5pm to 7pm I shower, have dinner, browse forums  and have a cup of tea to stretch out my leisure time for another 15 minutes.

I usually have a 30 minute power nap, or wait until I feel dinner has digested (I can't work when I'm full).

From 8pm - 11.30pm I revise the days notes, fill in any missing information or add additional information, and work on assessments. Occasionally, if I'm on a roll I'll continue into the early hours of the morning.

I make it a rule to get 7 hours of sleep each night. I can function efficiently with that - anything less doesn't cut it.

damn... did you follow this strictly?
how do you even adjust between high and low intensity?

Is High Intensity basically just past papers constantly while low intensity is simple revision?

Really though, this schedule is really strict, so unless you're magical and you can just stop/start instantly, this schedule looks hella tough.

edit: but i mean there's some guy that does a 0600 -> 0300 and he's happy.

Normally, after school I go to the library around 4:00 if there's no free period last. I study till 6:00 or 6:30 depending if the dates are close to the test or not. I get home and I usually study again at around 8:00 to 10:30 or 10:00.

On weekends, I usually write my notes and revise my subjects. In priority, Maths, Business Studies, Economics, English and Physics.

Obviously it is ideal and sometimes I didn't keep to it exactly, but for the most part I did, and it is easily adjustable
High Intensity = typically means note writing, practice questions (not necessarily past papers) more concentrated. Typically for this, you be a bit legalistic with distractions.
Low Intensity = a bit lax, maybe have some music going for instance. Slower paced. light reading for instance.
