Yep you go through VTAC, a had a few friends who applied, your career advisor should get a VTAC guide when the UAC guide comes out so try and get to borrow that.

sometime in the middle of the year, your school should give you a UAC guide book, and around the same time, a VTAC one should be available at newsagents (or so im told)...the process of applying in each state is virtually identical. you just need to get your hands on a VTAC book and from there its very simple...
