Are there any all-rounder lists out yet?

I've checked the BOS site..nothing yet
On the SMH site, they are releasing the Saturday paper with merit lists and allrounders and top students in each subject at around 10pm tonight at certain service stations

Can someone explain to me how you get into each category:

1. Distinguished Achievers List.

2. All Rounders List.

3. Top Achievers in Course List.

1. Achieving in the top band in any course.

2. Doing #1 in 10 or more units.

3. Being ranked in the top 10 (or so) in any course.

Is the All Rounders award the same as the Premier's award? As in, band 6 in ur best 10 units?

Premiers Award = 10 units of anything
All Rounders = 10 units over Band 6, INCLUDING 2U English

I think.
