I am stuck with finding an idea to do my HSC Body Of Work to start next year.

It would help if you gave some starting points - such as what type of things you're interested in, what things have worked for you in the past, what is your strongest medium/form etc etc

Your year 11 work should be a good guide as to what you're good at and what you're not so good at too.
